Marc by Marc Jacobs Dr. Q Groovee Satchel…in Lavender?

I’ll be brief here, because we already all know that I adore the Marc by Marc Jacobs Dr. Q Groovee satchel in general.

It’s a great bag, it uses great leather, it’s very functional, and it looks way much more expensive than it is. all in all, a real winner and a bag that I’m pleased they’ve continued to produced. I saw it in the brand’s new lavender color several days ago, though, and…I simply cannot abide this color. It’s darker in real life than it is in this picture, and it’s so pastel and Easter-y that it frankly made me a little nervous. I hate pastels. many people ought to hate pastels, because they choose very few skin tones, and they certainly don’t choose mine. What say you? purchase through Barneys for $498.
